THE “PAT HAND” FAIRWAY METALS
When you select one of our fairway metals, it’s
like being dealt a “Pat Hand”. It’s a confident feeling knowing in
advance that you’ll hit a winning shot… knowing in advance that you have
a club that’s exactly suitable for the situation… knowing in advance
that you can and will perform under the gun.
We know that corrugating cardboard makes it stronger. We have made our
fairway clubs extremely stable by corrugating each head 8 times. This
corrugation results in a very rigid face that has much less tendency to
throw the ball off line, because the head does not deform on contact
with the ball. This means that a shot hit on the toe or heal still gives
great distance and will still be in play.
The finest stainless alloy steel available is
used in the building of the heads, and each head must meet strict
requirements in the construction process. The design positions the
weight of the club in a manner that allows the shot to get airborne
quickly delivering a powerful, driving shot that does not balloon.
