Pat says “This is my best effort ever”

To see how to find your correct aiming line, and for more information on putting and why the Merlin is the best putter ever designed watch the video below.

Putting is more a visual challenge than a test of strength or a matter of correct form. Golf instructors agree and testing shows the most important aspect of good putting is proper and consistent face alignment (aiming) to start the ball on line. Yet more than 9 out of 10 players do NOT aim where they think they’re aiming and most are off by enough to miss even short putts. Why are most players off with their aim? There is a built in skew or parallax in human vision caused by standing “side on” to the target as required by the rules of golf. Even with abundant practice with emphasis on perfect mechanics most players will never reach the next level of performance because that type of practice will not make up for the built in human visual inadequacies associated with a side on view of the target. In other words honing a great stroke is just a waste of time if you’re not aiming at the target.

The Merlin allows you to correct for this visual inadequacy and aim the putter consistently without having to change your perception of where the target is located.

The Merlin has a heavy black center line that is perpendicular to the face, as do most putters, when using a perpendicular line 9 out of 10 players did not line up where they thought they were aiming.
The 4 lines on either side of the centerline are angled away from the centerline at 2 degree increments. By using one of the smaller lines to aim the face you can correct for your individual parallax and aim the face at the target every time.

LIBERATOR PUTTER

The Liberator helps you become a better putter through technology.

Notice the top of the putter – it has five round brass weights, one near the leading edge and four on the trailing edge.

The sole of the putter has two round brass weights placed near the leading edge.
The way the shaft is mounted and curved, plus the positioning of the brass weights balances this putter so it swings down the target line with little or no open/close face wobble common to conventional putters.

The heavy black target aiming line plus the thinner red lines perpendicular to the target line make it easy to square this putter to the target resulting in more dropped putts.

When the putter is soled, the curve in the shaft positions the hands to help you sweep the ball into the hole.

The brass weight positioning, face loft, and shaft position all work to get the ball rolling without skipping or jumping, starting your putt on line.

The logo’d pistol putter grip, designed by Pat, provides a great feel.

PAT HAND PUTTER

The Pat Hand Putter is a traditional toe/heel weighted putter.

This shaft is positioned slightly ahead of the face, positioning the hands slightly in front of the ball.

It is face-balanced to help keep the hitting area square to the target.

A red line at the sweet spot is flanked by black dots on the tip line and black lines on the back of the putter to provide directional information when aligning a putt.

Pat’s logo’d pistol grip provides a great feel.
