RETURNS

Pat Simmons Golf, LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us. All orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return an item, please call us at (623) 544-3565, or send an email request for a 
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return requests are accepted when received within 30 days of the Invoice date. We hope you understand that our return policies are a simple way of continuing to offer our customers the lowest prices possible.

Returns are accepted only within 30 days of of the Invoice date. The initial shipping charges will be refunded, but return shipping is non-refundable.



All returns must have a RMA number. No returns will be accepted without receiving prior return authorization. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the return box and on a note with your name and phone number inside the box. 



Returned clubs must be in undamaged condition. Returns will be inspected by our Quality Control department.

We recommend sending returns by a traceable delivery method (tracking or delivery confirmation) and in the original shipping container and packing.



Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of your return for inspection and for our accounting department to issue your credit.




CANCELLATIONS

We strive to process and ship your order out the same day its ordered so that it is received in an 
expedited manner. If you decide to cancel your order, please do so by calling us at (623) 544-3565 immediately. We cannot guarantee an email cancellation will be read in time to stop an order from 
shipping. Orders ship at noon and 4 p.m. Mountain Standard Time each weekday.

If a cancellation notice is not received in time prevent the package from being shipped, it becomes the customers responsibility to obtain an RMA number.




REFUSED ORDERS


Should you decide to refuse to accept a package upon delivery, credit will be issued for the order less shipping charges. Once an order has shipped, it is considered a complete sale. The return will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected by our Quality Control department.




PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT


Report any visible outside damage immediately to delivery carrier, then call Pat Simmons Golf . LLC at 
(623) 544-3565 for instructions. Please do not discard the product or the shipping box.




DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED PRODUCTS
